Chinnapaiyan (Thirugnanasamantham)
Founder – Sivam International School & Sivam Groups
Born into a farmer’s family, Chinnapaiyan began his journey in the 1980s as a civil engineer at Lakshmi Auto Mills Pvt. Ltd. in Hosur. With grit and vision, he went on to establish Sivam Constructions, building over 1000 homes across two decades.
Driven by a deep desire to give back to his roots, he invested his earnings into his native village—rebuilding a 600-year-old Lord Shiva temple with his wife, Kuralmathi, by his side. It was her idea to start a small pada salai (learning space) at the temple, which later evolved into Sivam International School—a place where education, culture, and purpose meet.
Today, under the banner of Sivam Groups, his legacy lives on—building not just structures, but futures.
